1. Toepassing

Deze voorwaarden gelden voor ALL-INN HUB en alle huidige en toekomstige ALL-INN apps, websites en diensten.

2. Gebruik en account

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor correcte accountgegevens en vertrouwelijk gebruik van je inloggegevens.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle handelingen die via jouw account plaatsvinden.
Wij mogen toegang beperken of blokkeren bij misbruik, fraude, veiligheidsrisico of schending van deze voorwaarden.

3. Betaling en abonnementen

Voor betaalde functies kunnen abonnementen of losse betalingen gelden.
Voorwaarden van de gekozen betaalprovider of app store blijven van toepassing op transacties, opzegging en terugbetaling.
Prijzen en functionaliteiten kunnen worden aangepast voor nieuwe periodes.

4. Geen financieel advies en geen winstgarantie

ALL-INN biedt tools, workflows en informatie, maar geen financieel, beleggings-, fiscaal of juridisch advies.
Wij geven geen garantie op omzet, winst, resultaat of succes.
Beslissingen en transacties die je doet, doe je volledig op eigen verantwoordelijkheid en risico.

5. Risico op fouten en verlies

Je erkent dat ondernemersactiviteiten en transacties risico's bevatten, inclusief verlies van geld, tijd of kansen.
Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor controle van gegevens, prijzen, marges, contracten, belastingen en wettelijke verplichtingen.
Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor directe of indirecte schade, gevolgschade, omzetverlies of verlies van data door gebruik van de dienst, behalve waar dwingend recht anders bepaalt.

6. Verboden gebruik

Het is niet toegestaan om de dienst te gebruiken voor fraude, misleiding, onrechtmatige handel, schending van intellectuele eigendom, spam, of handelingen in strijd met wet- en regelgeving.

7. Externe diensten

De dienst kan links of koppelingen bevatten naar externe partijen. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor inhoud, beschikbaarheid of beleid van derden.

8. Intellectueel eigendom

Alle rechten op software, merk, content en documentatie blijven bij ALL-INN MEDIA of rechthebbenden. Zonder schriftelijke toestemming is commercieel hergebruik niet toegestaan.

9. Wijzigingen

Wij mogen deze voorwaarden aanpassen. De meest recente versie staat op deze pagina met nieuwe datum.

10. Toepasselijk recht

Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing, voor zover wettelijk toegestaan.

You are responsible for actions performed through your account.

3. Payments and subscriptions

Paid features may require subscriptions or one-time payments.
Terms of the selected payment provider or app store remain applicable for transactions, cancellation, and refunds.
Prices and functionality may change for new billing periods.

4. No financial advice and no earnings guarantee

ALL-INN provides tools, workflows, and information, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
We do not guarantee revenue, profit, results, or success.
You make decisions and transactions at your own full responsibility and risk.

5. Risk of errors and loss

You acknowledge that business activity and transactions carry risk, including loss of money, time, or opportunities.
You are responsible for checking data, pricing, margins, contracts, taxes, and legal obligations.
We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of revenue, or loss of data resulting from use of the service, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for fraud, deception, unlawful trade, IP infringement, spam, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

7. Third-party services

The service may include links or integrations with third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in software, brand assets, content, and documentation remain with ALL-INN MEDIA or relevant rights holders. Commercial reuse is not allowed without written permission.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version is published on this page with an updated date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, to the extent legally permitted.
